Would you like to get closer to stars? It's possible, thanks to the newest technologies that are in possession of our Planetarium. During the live show, our explainers will tell you about some constellations, the Solar System, and various, faraway places in the Universe.

The Planetarium’s repertoire includes live shows presented before films. Usually they are seasonal in nature and discuss phenomena that can be observed in the sky in the particular period. You can watch them with the ticket for any of the film screenings. The show lasts 15 minutes and is presented live by the Planetarium staff.

W repertuarze naszego planetarium znajdziecie dwa rodzaje pokazów na żywo. Niektóre z nich to krótkie, 20-minutowe pokazy, wyświetlane przed filmami jako ich uzupełnienie. Najczęściej mają charakter sezonowy – dotyczą zjawisk, które aktualnie można zaobserwować na niebie. Obejrzycie je, kupując bilet na dowolny film.

Te drugie są dłuższe i trwają cały seans, czyli około 45 min. Aby je zobaczyć, należy kupić oddzielny bilet. Pokazy na żywo powstają w studio Planetarium Centrum Nauki Kopernik – przygotowywane są przez grafików według autorskich scenariuszy naszych prezenterów. Pokaz prowadzą zwykle dwie osoby. Podczas gdy jeden prezenter opowiada Wam o niebie, drugi siedzi za konsolą i pilotuje Wasz statek-widownię, uruchamia wschody i zachody Słońca, kręci Jowiszem, włącza zorzę polarną. Prezenterzy zapewniają naszym pokazom coś, na czym bardzo nam zależy – interaktywność. Modyfikują je na bieżąco w zależności od reakcji publiczności, odpowiadają na Wasze pytania oraz opowiadają o najnowszych nowinkach astronomicznych.

Krótkie pokazy przed filmami

Przed wybranymi filmami odbywają się krótkie pokazy prowadzone na żywo przez prezenterów Planetarium.

Pokaz Mars 3D

„Mars 3D”

Pokaz dla widzów powyżej 10 lat W trakcie tego pokazu dowiecie się, jak ludzkość przygotowuje się do podboju Czerwonej Planety i z jakimi trudnościami będą musieli się zmierzyć przyszli marsjańscy koloniści. Jeśli Waszą wyobraźnię rozpala wizja załogowej wyprawy na Marsa, a wręcz chcecie poczuć, jakbyście na nim byli, przyjdźcie na „Marsa 3D”. Pokaz trwa około 20 min i prowadzony jest na żywo przez prezenterów Planetarium przed wybranymi filmami 3D.

Pokaz Kosmiczny piknik

„Kosmiczny piknik”

Pokaz dla dzieci w wieku 3–10 lat Nad Ziemią, w odległości takiej jak z Warszawy do Wrocławia, krąży Międzynarodowa Stacja Kosmiczna. Na jej pokładzie mieszka kilkoro astronautów. Jak wygląda ich dzień? Co tam robią? Czy jedzą hamburgery? Jak myją włosy? Czy łatwo jest im zasnąć w stanie nieważkości? Przekonajcie się sami, podróżując na Stację wraz z Zosią. Pokaz trwa około 20 min i prowadzony jest na żywo przez prezenterów Planetarium przed filmem „Sekrety kartonowej rakiety”.

Pokazy biletowane

The Planetarium’s repertoire includes two types of live shows. One type are short shows presented before films as supporting material. Usually they are seasonal in nature and discuss phenomena that can be observed in the sky in the particular period. You can watch them with the ticket for any of the film screenings.

The other type are ticketed longer shows, which last approx. 45 minutes. Live shows are prepared and hosted by (usually) two presenters, who perform with their heads in the stars. While one of them tells all about the sky, the other controls the console and pilots the audience as if they were in a giant space craft. He sets the sunrises and sunsets, turns the Jupiter and turns on auroras. Our presenters ensure that our shows are interactive which is what we aim for. When leading each show, they adjust it according to the audience’s reactions, they answer your questions and tell about the latest novelties from the world of astronomy.

Shows before films

Before some film screenings, there are live shows hosted by the Planetarium presenters. Please note that some shows are held only before particular films.

The show lasts 20 minutes and is presented live by the planetarium staff.

Pokaz Mars 3D

„Mars 3D”

If your imagination is fired by the prospect of a manned expedition to Mars, and especially if you’d like to feel as though you were actually on such a journey, come see “Mars 3D”. You will discover how humanity is preparing to conquer the Red Planet and the numerous difficulties that will be faced by the future colonists of Mars.

The show is presented before the films “Dream to Fly 3D” and “Astronaut 3D”.

“Space picnic”

Above the Earth, about the same distance Warsaw is from Wrocław, an International Space Station is orbiting the planet. A couple of astronauts live inside. What’s their daily life like? What are they doing? Do they eat hamburgers? How do they wash their hair? Is it easy for them to sleep in weightlessness? See for yourself during a trip to the Station with Sophie.

The show is presented before the film “Secrets of the Cardboard Rocket” for children aged 5–12 years.
